What are you doing?
Yeah, I'm back at it again. We just started the next 10 week segment of our competition. I'm not so concerned with numbers on the scale this time, but rather working out and eating better for my acid reflux/gall bladder, so I didn't play for money. Thursday morning was my weigh-in. I'm owning my weight, so I'll tell you all I started out at 209.4. This morning, I was 207.7. I'm hoping I can pull an even 2 by tomorrow, but again, I don't really care about the numbers. I've worked out every day but Saturday, but I made up for it by doubling my workout on Sunday.

You can do it Mel. Just stay focused. Clay and I go to the gym every day and sometimes every other day and I hate it but I have to do it or the scale will just go up if I eat bad. He is kicking my butt now though. I asked him to help me firm up my legs and boy is he doing that. He is a big meanie and pushes me to my limit.

Ugh, I wish I could go with you guys so he could push me, too! Eric just says "Hey, you want some ice cream?"
After a week of trying to cough up a lung, I got back to it yesterday. I did 45 minutes on the elliptical and really pushed hard working on upper body weights. And still, I was back up to 209.9 this morning. I hate getting sick.
But, at least I'm able to work out again. I went out for a 1 mile walk this morning before everyone was up (holy crap, it was cold out there!) and I'll put in at least another hour of weights/elliptical this afternoon again. I really need to figure out how to work my legs...lunges kill my knees and I don't have any weights for that at home to use. Hmmm...

Down to 203.4 this morning. AND I'm retaining water, so it's probably even less.
