Run for your life...

...my MIL is coming! Ugh. Between Eric looking for a job and her going to be here, it's going to be the LONGEST. WEEK. EVER.

I don't know how I'm going to survive this one. I really don't. I think I already have an ulcer. Maybe I can drive her out into the desert and accidently lose her. I'm sure the family would throw me a party.

Yeah, she's really that bad. Just ask Jen.

OMG that just sucks rocks!! You have to find something for her to do all day, like watch the girls
while you go to the spa Breath....... Drink lots of wine....... It will soon be over.

Yeah, I wish I could trust her to watch the girls. Maybe for an hour while I run to the store, but seriously, that's it. She can spend HOURS in the bathroom...she goes like every hour and every time, she has to wash her hands, take off all her rings, reapply her hand lotion, put all her rings back on, file a nail or fix her nail polish if it accidently chips, make sure her hair is perfect, etc.

I wish I was kidding.

She was complaining 2 weeks ago because she wanted us all to go out to dinner while she was here. We didn't go out anywhere the last time because Jilly had a stomach bug and I wasn't going to drag her out. So, when she heard about Eric losing his job, she said we don't HAVE to go to dinner now, meaning she was expecting us to pay for her.

Maybe you should buy her a tiara....

My God, she just never stops. I've never met anyone talk about themselves so much.

Someone just shoot me now.

I'm livid. She keeps saying I can go off and do stuff while she watches the girls. Yesterday, I went to put in a load of laundry (seriously, how long does that take?) and I heard Jilly say "Sarah, you can't go up the stairs!" The baby was already up 5 steps and I got to her just before she started to tumble down. My MIL was in the kitchen reading...something. She tells them "let's go play!" and then she just wanders off, doing God knows what.

If you're not going to watch them, fine. But don't say you are and then don't.

Wednesday can't get here fast enough.
